Our Leadership

Believers who invest their hearts, time, families, and finances in the building of a local church deserve to have confidence in church leadership. People are looking for leaders who conduct themselves with integrity and respect when making decisions that affect their lives.

1. WE ARE GUIDED BY PASTORS.

The Pastoral staff team is led by the Senior Pastor. This team oversees the day-to-day ministry and operations of the church. These staff pastors serve the congregation and are responsible for the development of the spiritual life of the church.

Shane Wall

Senior Pastor

Shane also operates an advertising agency. He and his wife, Jasmyne, have two children, Joshua and Amayah. Shane loves fishing, movies and eating international foods.

Sheila Davis

Associate Pastor

Sheila is a credit union loan processor. She loves morning walks, reading and watching televised sports.

Glover Richberg

Associate Pastor

Glover is a sales specialist. He and his wife, Dorthy, have three children, Jordan, Alissa and Ryan. His hobbies are playing basketball, Gospel rap, and bowling.

2. WE ARE HELPED BY MINISTERS

The Feast of the Lord Ministerial Team are:

Anthony Fowler

Anthony is a lab manager for a public high school. He and his wife, Ebony, have two daughters, Illiana and Noel. He’s a Christian rap artist and owns a Christian apparel business.

John-Isaac Cleveland

Johnisaac is a lead logistics associate. He loves exercising with his wife, Jade, reading and being a voiceover artist.

Reginald McNeil

Reggie is the warehouse manager for the local school district and operates a cleaning service. He and his wife, Jade enjoys family time, traveling, and going to the movies.

3. WE ARE STRENGTHENED BY OVERSEERS.

The Overseers are five pastors of nationally respected congregations and ministries who love Church of the Highlands and are willing to provide spiritual protection to the church. They may be called in to help in accountability matters relating to the Senior Pastor if requested by the Pastors or Trustees. The Overseers serve as Apostolic Elders.
